Sweet Potato & Brussel Sprout Hash
In a large skillet over medium, high-heat cook ground pork sausage until browned and remove from pan.
Add onion and cook until browned
Add shredded sweet potatoes in a single layer on bottom of pan. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly across potatoes. Cookfor 4 minutes without stirring.
Reduce heat to medium and mix in Brussel sprouts. Stir occasionally and cook until brussel sprouts and potatoes start to turn brown and cripsy. Add the cooked sausage to warm through.
