Ingredients
1 quart of cherry tomatoes or 3-4 medium sized tomatoes diced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
In a medium bowl add diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers and cilantro
Stir in lime juice and season with salt and pepper
