Oven Baked Ribs

Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 package of Duncan Farms Rib Seasoning
Your favorite BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 275.
Mix brown sugar and Duncan Farms Rib Seasoning in a bowl.
Remove membrane ( thin skin) on back of ribs. This will allow the dry rub to penetrate into the meat better.
Spread dry rub mixture all over both sides of ribs.
Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on baking sheet, meat side up.
Bake for 2-3 hours, until fork tender and internal temperature of 145.
Open foil and drain liquid from ribs. Brush favorite BBQ sauce on the ribs and boil for 5 minutes, or until sauce becomes thick.
Recipe Note
Serve with a simple homemade coleslaw. Take leaves of cabbage and rinse. Pile 2-3 leaves on top of each other at a time and roll. Cut thinly to create thin strips of cabbage.
Coleslaw sauce recipe: 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of salt. Whisk all sauce ingredients together and coat shredded cabbage. Allow to sit for min. 1 hour.
