Roasted Turnips and Mushrooms

This quick and easy side-dish highlights cool weather farm fresh produce, and can be paired with any protein.

This side dish truly highlights cooler seasonal produce. This simple pairing hihglights farm fresh flavor, and it is a great side dish to any protein.
Ingredients
1 lb of turnips, sliced in half or 1/4's ( about 1/2" cubes)
1 share of mushrooms, sliced
Two cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsps of Duncan Farms Italian Seasoning, any italian seasoning or plain tyme can work as a replacement
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Toss turnips, mushrooms, garlic, and olive oil together gently with hands.
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast until turnips are tender, about 25-30 minutes. Toss veggies halfway through cook time.
