1 Dozen Eggs: You will be given one dozen farm fresh eggs. Our chickens are pasture-raised, which means they are free to roam and forage for grass and bugs, and are supplemented with a balanced feed for a robust diet. Compared to factory eggs, pasture-raised eggs have more vitamin A, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E.
1 Package of Ground Chicken OR Ground Turkey: From pasture raised chickens and turkey, ground chicken or turkey is a great lean substitute for ground beef. Try in our cabbage roll recipe below!
Steak Cut: From pasture raised, 100% grass fed cattle. Every time we process a cattle we get a small variety of different steak cuts along with our ground beef. Everyone will receive a minimum weight of .90lb.
Grower's Choice: You will receive a combination of any of the following seasonal farm fresh produce: Murasaki Japanese Potatoes, red potatoes, leek microgreens, sweet potatoes, collards, salad, apples, assorted radish, assorted carrots, broccoli, salad turnips, savory cabbage, green cabbage.
We are a beyond organic, permaculture farm and availability may change by the time we send you your CSA . We strive to provide you with what we have planned this week, but if something changes, we will upload this change before you receive your CSA. We send out only top quality produce, but due to our zero chemical policy, a little marring may occur on products. These vegetables/fruit are still beautiful and delicious.
