Crustless Bacon & Cheese Quiche

This quiche is simple and delicious, and is a great recipe to have in your kitchen arsenal. You can add any meat you desire, and any veggies you have on hand.
( but it is wonderful as is)
If you are adding extra meat and veggies don't forget to cook them and drain them of fat before adding them to the quiche.  


8 Duncan Farms Eggs 
1/2 tablespoon of Duncan Farms Egg Seasoning 
1 cup of heavy cream OR 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp of salt 
1/2 cup of Shredded Wright Dairy Cheese---any flavor 
4 strips of bacon cooked, drained of oil and chopped
1/2 cup of sautéed, spinach; chopped


Heat oven to 400F. 
Lightly oil a 9x9 pan, or pie plate. 
In a bowl whisk together eggs, cream and seasoning.
In the bottom of your pan sprinkle bacon, cheese and spinach so it's spaced evenly. 
Pour egg mixture over the bacon, cheese and spinach. 
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is puffed and golden. 


Serve with Duncan Farms lettuce for a healthy and delicious meal.
